The 2011 report includes extracts from the 2001 and 2011 Population Censuses, the Health Management Information System (HMIS), 2009 Sample Registration System survey results, and national surveys including the National Family Health Survey, District Level Household and Survey, Annual Health Survey, Facility Survey, and the Concurrent Evaluation of the National Rural Health Mission 2009.
