Summary

The Health Behavior in School-Aged Children (HBSC) surveys collect health and social information from 11-, 13-, and 15-year old students in over 40 countries across Europe every four years. The self-completed questionnaire collects information on students' health status, health behaviors, physical activity, sexual behavior, and substance use. The use of a standardized questionnaire allows for data analysis at the national level as well as comparison of data across countries.
