Summary 

The 2011-2012 Congo Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) is part of Phase 6 of the DHS series. 

The survey covers household characteristics, possession and use of mosquito nets, family planning, maternal care, and child health.

A total of 11,632 households were successfully interviewed, including 10,819 women ages 15-49, and 5,145 men ages 15-59.  As part of the study, height and weight measurements were taken for women and children under age five. Both groups were also tested for anemia.
