Summary 

This survey was claimed by the World Bank to be a Living Standards Measurement Survey. The purpose of this data collection was to investigate the sociodemographic landscape of households in Bulgaria. The data were collected through in-person interviews in the home. The main topic areas of the questionnaire were assets, employment, education, income, health, agricultural activities, food consumption, and household expenditures.

This survey collected 4,300 interviews from a nationally representative sample of subjects.
