Summary
The main objective of this Swaziland National AIDS Spending Assessment (NASA) is to document and estimate resource flows designated for HIV and AIDS. This report uses the NASA framework created by UNAIDS.
The assessment covers various spending categories including prevention, care and treatment, orphans and vulnerable children, recruitment and retention of human resources, community development, and HIV/AIDS research.
Major sources of data include country development partners, key ministries, non-governmental organizations, civil society organizations, and faith-based organizations. This data collection effort does not include all private sector expenditures.
