Summary
The 1985 intercensal survey, also known as SUPAS, was conducted in phases. During the first phase, a listing of all households and their members in the selected census blocks was done. For phase two, a subsample of phase one was surveyed on subjects of housing, household demographics, education, employment, domestic migration, child health, fertility, household deaths, and family planning.
