Each country developed a unique questionnaire derived from the standardized template. Sampling and data collection varied across the participating countries. In Finland, female interviews were conducted in 1989 and male interviews were completed in 1992. The total sample size was 5,105 females and 2,040 males between the age of 22 and 51 years.
