Morocco Population and Housing Census 1982 - IPUMS
General Info
Censuses provide population numbers, household or family size and composition, and information on sex and age distribution. They often include other demographic, economic and health-related topics as well. The 1982 Morocco de jure census collected data through face-to-face interviews on the subjects of housing, household demographics, employment, education, migration, household deaths, and fertility. The census day was September 3, 1982 and data collection lasted for 15 days.
A 5% sample of households from the census (1,012,873 individuals) is available through IPUMS International at the University of Minnesota. Dwelling,vacant dwelling, and group quarter units are not identified in the sample. Refer to the IPUMS website for guidelines on citing database versions.
