Malawi Diffusion and Ideational Change Project (MDICP) 2001
General Info
This longitudinal household survey revisited those households interviewed in the MDICP 1998 survey. Husbands and wives were interviewed about sexual behavior, contraception, fertility, and child mortality. Respondents were asked questions about ways to prevent HIV/AIDS and their exposure to health promotion activities. Finally, a village questionnaire asked about distance to the nearest health facilities and other types of services as well as the availability of public transportation to these services. Only the female and male microdata are publicly available.
