Summary
The Kenya Standardized Monitoring and Assessment in Relief and Transition (SMART) surveys were conducted to assess malnutrition prevalence in children ages 6-59 months. Data were collected on anthropometry, vaccinations, childhood illnesses, food security, and water and sanitation. For the 2020 survey in Nairobi county, household interviews were conducted in February of that year using a two-stage cluster sampling method.
