Summary
The Permanent Household Survey, or EPH, is conducted annually. In 2005 the sample size was 5,000 households, 4,464 of which participated in the survey. Participants were interviewed on topics of household demographics, housing, education, health, employment and income, agriculture, crime, and child health including anthropometry and immunization history. The departments of Boqueron and Alto Paraguay were excluded from the survey because they are sparsely populated.
