Summary
The Kenya Standardized Monitoring and Assessment in Relief and Transition (SMART) surveys were conducted to assess malnutrition prevalence in children ages 6-59 months. Data were collected on mortality, anthropometry, vitamin A supplements, maternal health care, and food consumption. For the 2016 survey in Kilifi county, household interviews were conducted in November of that year using a two-stage cluster sampling method.
