National health accounts (NHA) constitute a systematic monitoring of the resource flows in a country's health care system, helping to inform the evaluation of health care policy.
This 2001-2002 India NHA report includes full NHA tables for the health expenditures of financing sources by financing agents, financing agents by provider, and financing agents by health care function. The report also contains tables for total health expenditures by different financing agents, including government agencies, households, health insurance providers, business firms, NGOs, and external assistance.
