The 2006 HIES in Kiribati, conducted in October, expanded on the scope of its 1996 predecessor. including questions on household conditions, labor, and education. The available analytical report for the survey provides an analysis of the income and expenditure distribution of households within Kiribati. The report is divided into four parts: introduction and background, sampling method and survey operations, descriptive analysis with commentary, and summary of the main results. Detailed statistical tables are provided in the appendix together with technical notes.
