Summary
The STEP (Skills Toward Employment and Productivity) program is the first of its kind aimed at generating internationally comparable data on skills in developing coutnries. The target sample poulation consists of individuals ages 15-64 years from urban areas and non-institutional resdidences. Data are collected through household interviews consisting of a questionnaire and literacy assessment.
Armenia participated in the second wave of the STEP survey.
