Summary
The 2013 Labor Force and Child Labor Force Survey was the twelfth of its kind conducted in Bangladesh. The survey collected data on adult and child labor indicators at the national, urban, and rural levels of the country. Data were collected through a questionnaire, which covered topics such as household characteristics, education, income, employment, unemployment, child labor, occupational safety and risks, own-use agricultural production, migration, and information and communication technology access.
The sample consisted 36,242 households, including one-person households. Institutional households such as hotels, hospitals, prisons, and barracks were excluded.
