Summary
The Single Information System for Epidemiological Surveillance (SUIVE) bulletin for the final week of 2009 reports on the accumulated number of cases of notifiable diseases and diseases preventable with vaccination for the year. Also covered are the number of cases of infectious, parasitic, sexually transmitted, zoonotic, communicable, and noncommunicable diseases per each state. The bulletin includes a section on urinary tract infection prevalence, incidence, and distribution as well.
