Summary
This survey on causes of death, known as INCAM, was done as a follow-up to the 2007 census as a way of providing cause of death data in lieu of adequate vital registration. The survey covers deaths in the year prior to the census. The census identified 17,000 households in which 18,103 deaths had been reported. Of those, 11,752 were eligible for the survey. In addition to the report available from the statistical office, an English-language report is available from MEASURE Evaluation.
