United States Renal Data System Annual Data Report 2015

The United States Renal Data System (USRDS), the national data system that publishes the Annual Data Report, collects, analyzes, and distributes information regarding chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in the United States. Reports have been published on an annual basis since August 1989 and are available online from 1994 onward. The 2015 Annual Data Report is comprised of two volumes: Volume 1: Chronic Kidney Disease in the United States, and Volume 2: End-Stage Renal Disease in the United States. Volume 2 also includes international comparisons tabulations on the incidence and prevalence of End-stage Renal Disease, dialysis, and transplantation.
