Summary
The 2000-2001 National Diet and Nutrition Survey collected dietary and health information from adults aged 18-64 in England, Scotland and Wales. In addition to a face-to-face interview and food diary, data collection included anthropometrical measurements, blood and urine tests, a tap water sample, and a physical activity diary. The sample included 2,251 respondents for the dietary interview and 1,724 for the 7-day food diary.
