Summary
The Zambia 2006 MIS is representative nationally, for urban and rural areas, and for the 10 Roll Back Malaria (RBM) sentinel districts. The survey included malaria and anemia testing. A report revised in 2009 is available from the National Malaria Control Centre.
The survey included 3,000 households and used a household and a women's questionnaire. Women ages 15-49 were included. Topics covered align with MIS surveys conducted through the Macro DHS program.
