Summary
The Papua New Guinea National Nutrition Survey 2005 collected information on nutritional status from a sample of 1,403 households, including 937 young children aged 6-59 months, 847 women ages 15-45, and 804 men over the age of 15. In addition to demographic and micronutrient information collected through questionnaires, measurements of child and adult anthropometry, anemia, iron deficiency, vitamin A deficiency, malarial load, and hookworm were also collected.
