Summary 

The purpose of this survey was to determine HIV prevalence and incidence at national, district, and sub-district levels for individuals ages 6 weeks through 64 years. The survey also gathered data on sexual behavior and preventative practices in individuals aged 10-64 years. Data were collected through questionnaires and a dried blood specimen HIV test.
