Summary
Mexico City’s manual air quality monitoring network (Red Manual de Monitoreo Atmosférico, or REDMA) has 12 monitoring stations located throughout the Mexico City metropolitan area and its main objective is to capture samples of particulate matter, including total suspended particles (TSP), PM10, and PM2.5. The REDMA database contains data on all of the pollutants measured by the stations. Datasets containing measurements taken every 6 days from each station for each of the pollutants measured can be downloaded by year from the city’s Sistema de Monitoreo Atmosférico (SIMAT) website.
