Summary
The Selected Districts of Papua Province MICS was conducted as part of the fourth round of the MICS international survey initiative to monitor the situation of children and women. The survey covers health, education, child protection, and HIV/AIDS knowledge.
Interviews were completed for 2,866 households in the three districts of Merauke, Jayawijaya, and Biak Numfor. Interviews were successfully completed for 2,784 women and 2,568 men. In addition, questionnaires were completed for 1,511 children.
